Paramount Pictures (also known as Paramount Pictures Corporation) is an American film studio owned by National Amusements, Inc. through the which it’s division is wholly owned by its subsidiary ViacomCBS.

Why They Rock

  1. They have an amazing open logo, which evolved greatly throughout the years.
  2. During the many films made by them, there is great acting.
  3. They managed to create many great movies & franchises like Friday the 13th, The Godfather, Forrest Gump, Indiana Jones, Some of Marvel’s Cinematic Universe, Jimmy Neutron (for Nickelodeon), Mission: Impossible, Star Trek etc.
    • Sometimes one of their films help save a franchise, like Sonic the Hedgehog, from SEGA’s famous video game series of the same name.
  4. For a majority of their films, they have an awesome soundtrack.
  5. Most of their characters are very memorable and lovable like Wilber the pig, Ferris Bueller, Danny and Sandy, Indiana Jones, the Baudlaire family, the Abbott family, Tintin, Lena, Jordan Belfort, Rango, and Forest and Jenny.
  6. It is one of the most successful studios along with Disney, 20th Century Fox, Warner Bros., Sony Pictures and Universal.
  7. They also managed to have some great studio units, like Nickelodeon Movies, MTV Movies, and Comedy Central Movies.
  8. They managed to make some good movies based on their units TV shows, like Beavis and Butt-Head Do America, The Rugrats Movie, Rugrats in Paris: The Movie, The Wild Thornberrys Movie, The SpongeBob SquarePants Movie, The SpongeBob Movie: Sponge Out of Water, The SpongeBob Movie: Sponge on the Run, Dora and the Lost City Of Gold and definitely South Park: Bigger, Longer & Uncut.

The Only Bad Quality

  1. They have had their fair share of bad movies, which is normal for a movie studio that is over 100-years old. Examples of bad or mediocre Paramount films include Hey Arnold! The Movie, Rugrats Go Wild, Barnyard and Wonder Park.
