Eiga K-On! (Japanese: けいおん!) is a 2011 Japanese film based on the anime series and manga of the same name by Kakifly, and was produced by Kyoto Animation.

Plot

With their years of high school almost done, Houkago Tea Time takes a graduation trip to London to help write a song for Azusa because she is a year behind them.

Why It Rocks

  1. Gorgeous animation that looks better than the anime itself at times!
  2. The girls' character development is great.
  3. The Jakka Jan-Can scene.
  4. Amazing songs, such as Tenshi Fureta Yo (Azusa's Song)
  5. Very humoristic and funny.
  6. The movie provides an accurate representation of London, England.
  7. Because it takes place during the series finale, it can make you emotional at Azunyan's Song.

Trivia

  1. The movie was free on Steam until it got delisted in early 2020.
